Fitoor Santana Row

A contemporary Indian restaurant located in Santana Row, San Jose. The clients wanted a restaurant that would fit the theme of "Passion". With a limited footprint and the clients wish for an active organic ceiling, the strategy was to use CNC cut wood panels to create a dynamic and sensual ceiling to match the restaurant's Passion theme. This was MANU studios first foray into parametric design working with a local CNC woodshop. We also worked with BOKmodern on the exterior facade manufacture.
